: The Tasks, Duties and Powers of the Council shall be as follows
(a) To execute the decisions of the Assembly,
(b) To follow the directions given by the Assembly,
(c) To submit the audit report to the Assembly,
(d) To discuss the annual program, budget, progress report and other reports submitted by the secretary and amend them as necessary and submit them to the Assembly for approval,
(e) To manage, operate, protect and maintain the movable and immovable assets of Pragya Pratishthan, (f) arranging and operating the fund of Pragya Pratishthan,
(G) Accepting the financial and other support received for Pragya Pratishthan,
(h) Scholarships, Honours, Honors and Awards to be submitted to the Assembly for approval,
(h) To constitute a committee, sub-committee or working group as required in connection with the work of the council and to assign the work, duties and rights of such committee, sub-committee or working group,
(j) To do other work as specified.
